You have 14 days from the date of receipt to create an 
exchange through our portal for a credit note.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with security tag and hang tag attached.

• If an item is found to be used or damaged during inspection, the return will be declined and the customer will be responsible for covering the postage cost to have the item sent back.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• A £2.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit note.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  
  

Exchange Process

1. Create your exchange request in our returns portal.

2. Send your item back using a tracked, signed-for service (recommended).

3. Once the return arrives and is inspected, your credit note will be emailed within 7 working days.
