Not feeling it? We doubt it, but...

We allow 14 days from the order date to return items for a credit note if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact hello@celestecollective.co.uk with your order number.

Return Conditions

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with security tag and hang tag still attached.

If items appear used or damaged upon inspection, we will not process your exchange.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process:
Credit notes will be processed and emailed to you within 10 days of the returned item being delivered. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your credit note.

We recommend using a signed-for return service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.
